I feel as though we’ve all been conditioned to rush things in our lives. You wake up and rush to get ready, to rush off to school and then later on to work. After work you rush home, as fast as you can through the daily traffic, only to get home and rush around making supper. After supper we get a little bit of time to relax, but usually it involves sitting on a couch in front of the TV half brain dead because all you want to do is just sit and do nothing. For those of us who have kids, we make sure their homework is done, rush them to get clean, brush their teeth and then push them off to bed. Life seems like it is composed of nothing but rushing in our country, and this mentality i think has even started to invade our bedroom life. We rush things in bed, try to reach orgasms faster so that we can get to sleep early, catch a favorite show or whatever. My man and I have made a real effort recently to slow things down in the bedroom. One trick that we started to do was to keep our underwear on for as long as possible before having sex. Instead we enjoy each others bodies as much as we can.  So my advice to you is that if you are going to rush around, let yourself and your lover at least enjoy a bedroom where time is meaningless. Slow things down together, really take the time to enjoy the pleasure and ecstacy that are you giving each other.
